WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau and include free delivery within Cashiers for all grazing boxes, platters and tables.

For grazing tables and special events, we do travel to Scaly Mountain, Dillard and Brevard, however an out-of-area travel fee will apply.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCE IS FEATURED IN YOUR GRAZING BOXES, BOARDS AND TABLES?

All WH creations are made up of gourmet cheeses, cured meats, a variety of dips, olives/antipasti, fresh bread and/or assorted crackers, fruit - both fresh and dried, nuts, as well as some sweet treats.

All produce is seasonal and sourced locally - wherever possible.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR GRAZING TABLES?

We include delivery, hire of our trestle table, props and serving boards, cheese knives, fresh greenery and/or natives, set up and collection of all items.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card payments and bank transfers and require a 50% deposit to secure any booking to hold the date. Full payment must be received a minimum 14 days prior to the event.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED?

Typically we require 48 hours notice for grazing boxes and boards, and a minimum of 2 weeks notice for grazing tables (pending availability).

CAN I PLACE MY CHEESE + CHARCUTERIE BOARD IN THE REFRIDGERATOR OVER NIGHT?

Though I have some clients that do this without complaints, it is always best to consume our cheese + charcuterie boards the day of to ensure they're in prime condition and maintain optimal freshness.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order will apply for any orders cancelled within 3 days of your event. Any orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of the event date cannot be refunded.

Once a cancellation has been made, any applicable refunds will be processed within 24 hours and should appear in the nominated bank account within 3-5 business days.
